Scope and acceptable access

These terms cover the public information website. Account activation, hosted SaaS use, Community, Corporate, and standalone Portal delivery are governed by their own documents and admission steps.

• Do not interfere with the site, bypass controls, or attempt access without authorization.
• Do not submit unlawful material or content you are not authorized to provide.
• A public page, account, or IP address does not itself prove product, licence, jurisdiction, or download eligibility.

Information, intellectual property, and changes

Public material describes beta-stage plans and evidence available at the stated date. It may change and is not a promise that a feature, country, certification, service level, price, or commercial release is available.

• GutMask names, site text, graphics, and non-open-source materials may not be copied or presented as another party's product except where law permits.
• Portal open-source rights and third-party rights arise only from the exact licences shipped with those materials.
• Material changes to contractual product terms require the applicable notice and new acceptance; changing informational copy alone does not silently amend an accepted contract.

Law, consumers, and notices

The draft governing-law basis is Will be added later. Mandatory consumer protection and mandatory jurisdiction at the consumer's habitual residence are not excluded.
