Support basis
For an active or grace-period Corporate Beta license, support requests may be submitted asynchronously to support@gutmask.xyz and are handled on a reasonable-efforts basis.
- There is no service-level agreement, 24/7 coverage, guaranteed uptime, response time, restoration time, resolution time, maintenance window, or feature continuity.
- Beta status and no-SLA wording do not waive mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
Included and excluded assistance
Reasonable-efforts assistance may cover documented installation, configuration, upgrade or rollback steps, reproducible product defects, and clarification of shipped documentation for the exact entitled release.
- Custom development, managed operations, on-site work, formal training, architecture design, guaranteed incident response, data recovery, and support for modified or unsupported environments are not included unless separately agreed.
- The provider may request a minimal reproducer and may close a request that cannot be safely reproduced or is outside the licensed scope.
Privacy-minimizing diagnostics
The ordinary support baseline is customer-created, redacted diagnostic information that excludes user content, message bodies, personal datasets, credentials, tokens, private keys, and unrelated personal data.
- The holder must review and redact every attachment before sending it.
- Remote or provider access to customer personal data is not ordinary support and requires a separate explicit arrangement, verified provider and transfer facts, appropriate security, and an applicable Data Processing Addendum. No provider access from Russia to European Union customer data is part of this baseline.
Customer responsibilities
The holder must maintain supported prerequisites, current backups and recovery material, a tested rollback path, relevant logs, and an authorized contact who can perform local operator steps.
- Support does not replace the holder's security, business-continuity, legal-compliance, or deployment decisions.
- Reports must use only accounts, systems, and data the reporter is authorized to disclose.
Term and continuity-only boundary
Reasonable-efforts support is available while the issued license is active and during its 30-day grace period. Ordinary support is unavailable once the license enters continuity-only mode.
- Continuity-only mode retains runtime, read, export, and rollback functions but not updates, new users, administrative changes, or ordinary support.
- A later free license term or paid support is a separate future decision and is not promised by these terms.
Draft and controlling documents
These terms are a pre-publication draft and do not identify an approved support provider or create a support obligation until the exact six-document packet is approved, accepted, and bound to an issued license.
- The Corporate Product License controls software-use rights; the Data Processing Addendum controls provider processing on customer instructions where it actually applies; mandatory law controls where it cannot be varied.
