Eligibility and authority

The hosted beta is intended for professional evaluation. A person acting for an organization must have authority to accept the agreement for that organization.

• Account details must be accurate.
• Access is personal and must not be shared.
• The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms.

Beta service and support basis

The service is pre-release and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts beta basis.

• No uptime, response-time, or resolution-time service level is promised.
• Customers remain responsible for testing workflows and retaining appropriate copies of important data.

Customer content and acceptable use

Customers retain their rights in content they provide and authorize the processing required to operate the service.

• Do not provide content without the necessary rights and lawful basis.
• Access may be suspended to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Termination, changes, and law

Material contract changes require notice and a new affirmative acceptance. The approved agreement must state export, sanctions, warranty, liability, termination, governing-law, and mandatory-law terms before publication.
