Eligibility and separate holder request

Any active, email-verified adult GutMask account may request Corporate Beta for itself as an individual or professional, or for an organization it is authorized to represent. Signup and the general profile do not request country.

• The licence-holder request records holder type, holder name, residence or registration country, adulthood or authority, end use, and no-resale attestations.
• The target is the European Union and European Economic Area plus the United States, but exact issuance requires a current approved jurisdiction record for the action and capacity.
• IP geolocation, email domain, and an account are not proof of residence, establishment, authority, screening, or eligibility.

One six-document acceptance before issuance

Before license.gmlic is created, one authority event binds the account, holder capacity, time, and exact versions and hashes of these Terms, the Data Processing Addendum, Corporate Product License, Corporate Support Terms, Security terms, and Third-Party Notices.

• Partial acceptance or mixed document versions do not authorize issuance.
• Initial sanctions and end-use screening is bound to the immutable issued licence.
• Redownloading the same active licence or exact entitled artifact does not require a fresh 24-hour screen, but still requires active-licence, ownership, and exact-entitlement checks.

Free Bear scope, term, and continuity

The intended issue is one EUR 0 Bear licence for up to 50 active licensed users, one installation contour, and six months of internal evaluation and non-critical internal operational use. No payment method, subscription, automatic paid conversion, or automatic renewal is created.

• Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, and providing GutMask or a product-powered service to third parties are outside the grant.
• After expiry, a 30-day grace period applies; after grace, only runtime, read, export, and rollback continuity remains.
• A later free term is a new issuance only while the owner-approved beta program continues.
• New users, administrative changes, updates, and ordinary support are unavailable in continuity-only mode.

Support, data, and beta responsibility

Support is asynchronous and reasonable-efforts only, without an SLA, 24/7 coverage, or promised uptime, response, restoration, or resolution. The holder remains responsible for suitability testing, non-critical use, backups, and rollback.

• The DPA applies operationally only when the provider actually processes customer personal data on documented customer instructions.
• Redacted diagnostics without user content are the ordinary support baseline.
• Remote access to customer personal data is not ordinary support and needs a separate lawful arrangement.
• Free access and beta status do not remove mandatory conformity, remedy, or consumer rights.

Consumers and immediate digital-content supply

An individual acting outside trade or profession is a consumer; an individual acting for trade or profession and an organization are professional holders. The request must state the truthful capacity.

• Where mandatory consumer law applies, the applicable 14-day withdrawal right is preserved.
• Before immediate delivery of Corporate download bytes during that period, a separate action records the express request to begin supply and acknowledgement that the right may end once supply begins where law permits.
• The six-document acceptance, OAuth callback, page view, or durable-copy receipt is not that separate acknowledgement.
• A notice may be sent to legal@gutmask.xyz or Will be added later.

Law, suspension, and mandatory rights

The draft governing-law basis is Will be added later and, for non-consumers, the competent courts at the Spanish provider's establishment. Mandatory protection and mandatory forum at the consumer's habitual residence remain available.

• Issuance or access may be denied or suspended proportionately for unlawful use, sanctions or export restrictions, security risk, false material attestations, or material breach.
• Where safe and lawful, the holder receives a reason and review channel.
• No term excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or another non-excludable liability or remedy.
• Material contract changes require a new exact acceptance for future use or issuance.

Draft and publication blockers

This pre-publication draft does not issue a licence, identify final approved provider or licensor fields, or authorize a Corporate download.

• Publication requires truthful party and rights-chain facts, approved exact bytes, complete six-document and immediate-supply wiring, exact package-license parity, and all release gates.
