Evaluation sequence

A company request is reviewed before an authorized representative accepts the evaluation agreement. A signed, time-limited license is issued only after acceptance; named users are invited only into that approved organization.

• A user invitation is not a company agreement or product license.
• The license binds tenant, edition, seats, features, validity, grace, and license identity.

Beta support and expiry

Support is reasonable-efforts beta support with no uptime, response-time, or resolution-time guarantee. The final agreement must align expiry, grace, admin access, backup, export, renewal, and non-conversion behavior with the product.

• Customers remain responsible for deployment testing and backups appropriate to their risk.
